SHIPPING USA
We ship via UPS for the USA and we use the US Postal Service for outside the USA. Most items will ship the day you place your order. Expedited shipping is available. You will receive an email with shipping details and tracking numbers upon shipment.
The charges for shipping are $8 for regular UPS, UPS 3 Day Select is $12 and UPS 2 Day Air is $15 per parcel.
*FREEUPS Ground shipping is applicable for purchases over $100 for delivery in the USA - don't forget to select Free Shipping as your shipping option to avoid being charged.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will ship to any province in Canada for $15 per item. We will ship to all other non-US countries for $25 per item. Items are shipped the same day and should reach their international destination in 6-10 business days.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
The Shoe Garden will be happy to refund your card if you return unused items within 14 days of purchase. You are responsible for return shipping except in the case of shipment error or damaged items.
Items that were on sale at time of purchase that has not been used, worn and with its original box may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. No refunds can be given for returned sale or clearance items.
Gift returns will receive a store credit.
